What the work needs from the housing

A quiet room to work late
Somewhere to spread exhibits and take privileged calls that isn’t a hotel lobby.
Month-to-month during trial
Trials overrun and settle early in equal measure; the housing follows the docket.
Secure building
Controlled access and packages signed for — case files travel with the team.
One invoice per matter
Billing mapped to the matter number for clean client recovery.
