Workforce housing

Crews and rotational teams housed near the site, with the parking and storage the work needs.

Who it's for

  • Plant launches and commissioning

Launch support and commissioning engineers, on site for a season, housed minutes from the gate.

  • Construction and trades

Crews on long phases, with truck parking and somewhere to lock tools overnight.

  • Energy and utilities

Outage, maintenance and build-out teams on rotating schedules.

  • Rotational shift teams

Rotations that swap people mid-stay without swapping the housing.

How a typical requirement runs

  1. 01 Today, about two minutes

    Send the requirement

Site address, crew size, rotation pattern and whether shared units work. Three short sheets, or forward the requirement you already have to rfp@cohauz.com.

  2. 02 Within one business day

    Options, priced all-in

A short list from across the market: monthly rate with everything in it, distance to your site, what's included, photos of the actual units.

  3. 03 Before move-in

    One contract, one invoice

You sign with cohauz once, whatever the mix of buildings. One monthly invoice on net terms, occupancy tax on its own line.

  4. 04 Throughout the stay

    Arrival and in-stay support

Keys, Wi-Fi and parking sorted before anyone lands. One named contact for extensions, early move-outs and whatever breaks.

What's different

Location
Near the site, not downtown. The commute is the first thing we filter on.
Parking and storage
Truck and trailer parking confirmed before we send the option; tool storage stated per building.
Shared units
Two- and three-bedroom units where the crew prefers to share; separate units where they don’t.
Rates
Per-diem compliant monthly rates, documented so finance can file them without a conversation.
Rotations
Name changes mid-stay handled on our side. The unit stays; the roster is a spreadsheet you email us.
